Shandra's Story

"To be honest, I was never a coffee drinker, but during a vacation to Mykonos, in 2018, after dinner one night the waiter asked my brother  Ryan and I, if we’d like a cappuccino, and while neither of us at that time drank coffee, we decided well, why not.
That one cup of cappuccino opened up my love and curiosity for coffee, and is responsible for the addiction I have today!
During a brief vacation back home to Statia in 2021, I found myself missing the ability to walk into a coffee shop like I’d normally do when I lived in Downtown Miami. I missed sitting at a table enjoying a latte and a warm pastry as I people watched.
Since the conception of this  dream, my soul wouldn’t let me rest and I spent countless hours trying to figure out how I’d make this happen. Five years later, I’m honored and proud to be able to serve my community and its visitors at Statia’s very first coffee shop of its kind.
This journey has taught me with the right people at your side, and passion in your heart, nothing is impossible and that we should all dream big."
